By accessing or using the services provided by XYZSTUDIOS LLC ("XYZSTUDIOS," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Provided
XYZSTUDIOS specializes in visual effects (VFX/CGI), sound design, and other related creative services for the entertainment industry. We offer these services to our clients, including but not limited to film production companies, advertising agencies, and digital media producers.

3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information to XYZSTUDIOS.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to images, designs, videos, software, and written materials, provided by XYZSTUDIOS is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content owned by XYZSTUDIOS without our express written permission.

5. Payment Terms

  • XYZSTUDIOS charges clients based on project scope, complexity, and agreed-upon terms.

  • Payment is due as outlined in the project agreement and may include upfront payments, milestone payments, or final payments upon completion.

  • Late payments may incur interest or fees as specified in the project agreement.

6. Confidentiality
We understand the importance of confidentiality in the creative industry. Any proprietary or confidential information shared between XYZSTUDIOS and its clients will be treated with the utmost care and respect, in accordance with any non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) in place.

7. Limitation of Liability
XYZSTUDIOS will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services provided, as detailed in the agreement.

8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with prior written notice. If the client terminates the agreement, any work completed to that point may be subject to payment based on the agreed-upon terms.

9. Force Majeure
XYZSTUDIOS shall not be held liable for any delays or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of war, or technical failures.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms
XYZSTUDIOS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on our website, and the changes will take effect immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
